A little more than a year ago, Angel and Flory Rivera were excited about their future. They got married and just purchased a home. Life seemed perfect until pancreatic cancer entered the picture.

Since his diagnosis, Angel has bravely fought to conquer this agressive illness. With his wife, two young children Angelica and Joselito, and friends by his side, he has been unstoppable! However, this battle has brought on signficant financial expense.

In recent weeks, Angel's health has taken a turn for the worse. Today, he will be entering hospice care. Flory will soley be responsible for Angel's final expenses as well as the care of their children.

Team Rivera has received tremendous support and love from the community. But now I am asking everyone to do a bit more. Please help to alleviate some of the financial pressure from this family by donating to Angels for Angel. No amount is too big or small. Any amount is appreciated.

We have all been inspired by this family's courage and faith through this journey. People describe them as compassionate, supportive, dependable, and ever present to help others in need.  They are example of living by the golden rule.
