Angels for Ang: Fighting against ALS

Be an angel for Ang❤️
"What's ALS?" "Is it terminal?" "Why Ang?" "Why us?"
These are all the questions my best friend Gabby, her brother Joseph and father Boaz had to face upon receiving her mother Angela's diagnosis. Nothing could have prepared them for the devastating news, that not only would they lose their mom way too early in life, but first they would have to watch her suffer and slowly lose her abilities, daily function, and her shining personality. Their worst nightmare becoming reality.
Almost a year ago, the Yadid family received the shocking diagnosis that Angela, amazing, warm, and whimsical mother and wife, had quickly progressing ALS and soon after, she received a second diagnosis of Dementia. ALS (Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis), formerly known as Lou Gehrig's disease, is a neurological disorder that affects motor neurons, the nerve cells in the brain and spinal cord that control voluntary muscle movement and breathing. Treatment can help slow down the progression of the disease, helping make Angela more comfortable, and giving her family more precious time with her.
Not only does her loving family have to deal with the emotional anguish of this horrific disease, but the unexpected nature of her condition has also become an overwhelming financial burden. Boaz, her dedicated husband and partner of more than 28 years has been by her side 24/7, as she now needs full-time care, and unfortunately this has taken away the family's sole income. The Yadid's have waited a year for social services to help them by providing both the financial support and medical care they need and deserve, but they have yet to see a penny of aid.
Please consider helping the Yadid family in this time of need. Any amount, prayers and well wishes can help them get through this trying time.
