A mothers Plea for Her Fighter, Angel

Our daughter, Angel, has been through more pain and struggle than any child ever should. She is fighting end-stage kidney failure, and on top of that, her doctors are now concerned she may have a pulmonary infection or dangerous fluid in her lungs.

There have been moments — twice now — when we almost lost her. Twice when I stood there, praying with every piece of my heart for her to hold on, to keep fighting. And somehow, through all the tubes, the machines, and the sleepless nights, my Angel continues to fight. She’s shown a strength that humbles me every single day.

Watching your child suffer and not being able to take their pain away is something no parent should ever experience. But I hold on to faith — faith in God, faith in medicine, and faith in the kindness of people who care.

Angel has a long road ahead, and we are doing everything we can to keep her strong and stable. But the medical bills, hospital stays, and treatments have become overwhelming. Any help — no matter how small — means the world to us. Every prayer, every share, every bit of support helps give my daughter another chance at life.
