Please help Jim, while he’s fighting his way back to health..

On Christmas Eve morning, I thought I was going to lose my dear friend, Jim Fargiano.

Jim suffered a sudden, life threatening medical emergency. It was so severe that his family was called to the hospital to say their goodbyes. Those are words no one is ever prepared to hear. By some grace, and through extraordinary medical intervention, Jim survived but he is far from out of danger.

Jim is still hospitalized. He has a broken arm and biliary tubes in place because his body is not strong enough yet to endure surgery. Sadly, he can not work. He cannot care for himself. He now requires 24/7 care and is waiting to be transferred to a rehabilitation facility, where his long road to recovery will continue.

The physical toll has been devastating, but the emotional and financial strain has been just as heavy. Jim has always been someone who shows up for others, for his clients, his friends, his community, even while quietly battling his own health issues. He is one of the most selfless people I know. Now, is when he needs help the most, he is facing mounting medical expenses and the very real fear of financial loss while he fights to heal.

I am asking, from the bottom of my heart, for prayers and for help. Any contribution, no matter how small, will ease the burden on Jim during this fragile time and allow him to focus on the one thing that matters right now: surviving and getting stronger.
