For those who I'm yet to meet, my name is Semerah and I'm a Mental Health First Aider + Cheerleader for Domestic Violence & Sexual Abuse Survivors.  Knowing first hand the importance of early intervention and having access to the right support, it truly makes the difference between life and death, and surviving and thriving.
 
Please join me in raising funds to support The Angelou Centre, who provide lifesaving services to Women and Children in the North East of England who are marginalised, and provide them with the safety, protection, love, support, dignity and tools needed to recover, repair and rise!  Whether it's £5/$5, £20/$20, £50/$50, £100/$100 or more, it all counts and is greatly welcomed!
