Hi, my name is Francesco Gucciardi and I would like to take a small moment of your time on behalf of the Legends of '72 to help contribute to Angelo Donia's family in light of his passing this Wednesday December 15th, 2025.

The legends of 72 is a chatgroup made of many players born in 1972 that have and continue to burn with a passion for soccer. Angelo was a part of this group and played and even larger part of this group through his efforts through Pure Touch Soccer where he trained 1,000s of kids throughout the years and more importantly imparted the discipline and mental fortitude to be a professional.

It is with sadness that we band together for a fallen Legend but it is with an even heavier heart that we extend the most heartfilled condolences to Lina, Alessia and Sierra. To Angelo's brother Tony and Luigi and their families we also extend our condolences. May Angelo's Soul Rest in Eternal Peace.
