Hi there! My name is Angelica Portugal, and I am from Tucson, Arizona.

A lot of people say that one of my unique traits is serving others (servanthood/being a servant). I would say that comes naturally for someone who loves Jesus. We see all throughout scripture that He is the definition of humility, meekness, and selflessness. I long to be the hands and feet of Jesus and count the cost of discipleship every day. One of the ways the Lord has called me to serve Him and people is through missions.

With that being said, I am excited to share that this summer, (July 20th, 2025) I have been given the amazing opportunity to go on a missions trip to Costa Rica with CANOPI. In Costa Rica we will be ministering the love of Jesus through healing, prophecy and evangelism on the streets, in churches, hospitals and schools.

The cost of this trip is $1500, plus $650 for airfare, and additional cash for other expenses.

As I know the Lord will provide, I would love to ask you to partner with me on this call of the Lord.

The most important and valuable way to partner with me on this mission is through prayer (James 5:15).

 Muchas personas dicen que una de mis características únicas es servir a los demás (servidumbre/ser sierva). Diría que eso viene naturalmente para alguien que ama a Jesús. Vemos a lo largo de las Escrituras que Él es la definición de humildad y siervo. Anhelo ser las manos y los pies de Jesús y contar el costo del discipulado cada día. Una de las formas en que el Señor me ha llamado a servirle a Él y a las personas es a través de las misiones. 

 Dicho esto, me emociona compartir que este verano, el 20 de Julio de 2025, he recibido la increíble oportunidad de ir en un viaje misionero a Costa Rica con CANOPI. 

En Costa Rica estaremos ministrando el amor de Jesús a través de sanación, profecía y evangelismo en las calles, en iglesias, hospitales y escuelas. 

El costo de este viaje es de $1500, más $650 por el boleto de avión, y dinero adicional para otros gastos.

 Como sé que el Señor proveerá, me gustaría pedirte que te asocies conmigo en este llamado del Señor. 

 La forma más importante y valiosa de asociarte conmigo en esta misión es a través de la oración (Santiago 5:15).

 Una segunda forma de asociarte conmigo en esta misión es financieramente. Me encantaría hacer cualquiera de los siguientes servicios para ti a cambio de tu generosidad: 

- Cuidar la casa, las mascotas o a los niños

- Trabajos o quehaceres domésticos
