Angela Bowman is a talented artist, teacher, and mother of four. She's funny, charismatic, and brightens every room she's in with her abounding joy. She has also endured an unbelievable amount of neglect, trauma, and abuse in her lifetime. But through it all she has always been upbeat and optimistic. She's the kind of person who always looks for the silver lining and never stops dreaming of a better tomorrow.

Angela recently managed to leave an emotionally and physically abusive relationship. After countless attempts to access help, law enforcement failed to protect her. Her ex stalked and attacked her; he broke her neck and spine which left her partially paralyzed.

After months of doctor’s visits she finally had the spinal surgery but there were complications. She is currently unable to work and support herself or her family. Her SSI benefits have been slashed and she needs help with expenses during her recovery.
