Angela's altMBA course

I have successfully applied for a power packed leadership course known as the altMBA.

Created by Seth Godin, an international marketing & entrepreneur leader & author, I am super excited (and quite nervous) to be part of this incredible international program.

Following a competitive selection process, the altMBA delivers a condensed learning experience through teamwork, personalized feedback, coaching, curated readings, and shipping thirteen projects in four weeks!"

I have also been successful in receiving a 60% Leaders of the World Scholarship for the program, taking my fees down to $3100 from $7700 (AUD).

I'm reaching out to my family and community for your support to raise the $3100 to cover my tuition and have access to extra mentoring opportunities throughout the programme.

I have been a part of Dru Australia for 12 years as a yoga teacher, teacher trainer, manager, community leader and as a lifestyle choice to live an alternative, conscious life.

Last year I was given the role of CEO. While I may hold the title, I share responsibility for our organisation and community with two colleagues. We have the support of our elders in Australia and internationally and an amazing team of committed volunteers.

The transition of responsibilities from the previous CEO, has come at a time of great financial and consumer behaviour change. The way we market and deliver needs to change quickly in order for us to stay relevant. Over the next few years we need to grow and diversify our database, build our community and deepen our impact. I know I’ve been riding on my somewhat natural skills and qualities to get me to this point and I know that I now need to hone these and develop new ones to take Dru into it’s next inspiring era. This course comes highly recommended as an opportunity for me to achieve this.

I wouldn’t be anywhere else at this time, and I see the role before me as an incredible opportunity for growth and service.
