Angela Hillen is a hard-working single mom who would do anything for her family. On the night of March 1st, 2024 she was hit by a driver in a hit and run car accident.
She suffered from many injuries, including
- A broken sternum
- Displaced shoulder blade
- Ribs 4 and 5 are popped
- Deformity of top rib
- Chest wall contusion and strain
- Displaced breasts
- Broken tibia
- Large hole in ankle joint that will need a cartilage transplant
- Small bones broken and still inside of foot
- Needs screw to hold bones together on right side of left foot
The surgeon is unsure if she will ever be able to walk again, and if they do, they will try to see how pain free they can make it for her.
She will have early onset osteoporosis and arthritis, and is now considered disabled. She has to get a home health aide to help bathe her, bring her food and water, and assist her with her daily living. This GoFundMe will go towards her hospital bills and her monthly bills.
