Angela passed away on 8 January 2026.

To say that Ian, Neil and the girls are devastated is an understatement.

Angela was very lucky in life and asked that in lieu of flowers or gifts that any small donations be made, in her memory, for donation to charity.

Monies will be split between the SPCA Dog and Cat Home in Cardonald and the Prince and Princess of Wales Hospice at Bellahouston, where Angela passed away.

Angela had been in a Neurology Ward at QEUH since November, after many tests they identified a very rare Paraneoplastic Neurological Syndrome called ‘Anti-Hu’.

Sadly, things deteriorated quickly, by Thursday 8 January Angela transferred to the Prince and Princess of Wales Hospice at Bellahouston and passed away later in the evening. Family and friends visited her and it was a very peaceful passing surrounded by her loved ones.

Please remember Angela’s laugh, warmth and strength. She was an amazing mum, wife, daughter, teacher and friend. Life just won’t be the same without her.
