Hi, my name is Amy Jo and I’m fundraising for my dear friend Angela Rowe.

Angela is an 84-year-old woman who is in critical hospital care due to COVID-19 though thankfully through grace is expected to recover. It will be a long journey ahead and she will need dignity, love, tenderness and support.

She is an absolute lover of life and spiritual learning. She has three children, eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren, and is beloved by many people. She also has a 5-year-old handsome tuxedo cat companion named Felix Whiteflame. Their two lives are tremendously bonded, and they sleep together every night. When the paramedics took Angela away to the hospital, her precious feline friend disappeared for several days. Fortunately, he was eventually found and now is in the care of a friend until they can reunite together. He is frightened and confused and appears to be heartbroken without her. Hopefully the time will soon come to rejoin one another as destiny continues.

Due to a lack of resources, Angela’s family is unable to help with her transition back to the community once she is released from medical care. She receives very meager social security retirement to live on and needs our help.

This delightful woman has not had an easy life and no matter what challenges she has faced, she always cared for others and we respectfully and humbly ask you for your support in this time of need.

We’ve set up this Go Fund Me fundraising page as a vehicle to channel our love and concern to Angela. All funds donated will be strictly utilized for Angela’s care and well-being which includes safe and secure housing, transportation, nutrition, debts, pet support and holistic after care.

There is no set limit for this fundraiser, however, the hope is to reach our target goal of $10,000.

Distribution of funds will be at the trustworthy discretion of Angela’s daughter, Michelle Scotto.
