As many of you know, on Friday November 30th Angela Nadal suffered from a ruptured brain aneurysm. She was immediately rushed to the Hilton Head Island hospital where she was quickly airlifted to MUSC in Charleston, SC. Once at MUSC she was admitted into the neurological ICU in critical condition. During her 3 week stay at MUSC Angela received multiple surgeries including a permanent shunt. Now that we are home the treatment continues and the medical bills keep coming in, even with insurance the cost is too high for us to keep up with. Any donations, or help you can offer in terms of sharing this link, would be greatly appreciated.

Angela’s doctors have said that the road to recovery is long, lasting anywhere from 6 months to a year. She has been incredibly strong and positive during this entire ordeal, which is no surprise to her friends and family. Angela is the type of person who doesn’t like anyone worrying over her and enjoys her independence. As you can imagine during this time she has little to no freedom and is required to be restricted to her bed most of the day, which is very difficult for her. Prior to this, Angela enjoyed staying active, spending time with her family and cuddling her dog, Bella.
