Hello everyone, for those who haven’t heard the devastating news, our favorite girl Angela Johnson was diagnosed with Stage 4 Hodgkins Lymphoma on Feb. 2nd, 2024 and received her first round of chemotherapy on Feb. 4th, 2024. This was only her first round of chemotherapy, however Angela has 6 more months of treatments to go. The cancer was found in large masses in both her left and right lungs, and has caused a lengthier stay in the hospital than expected. Despite her successful first round of chemotherapy completed, Angela has had complications with draining the fluids from her left chest area and must remain in the hospital for the time being, with a new port placed into her chest to help the drainage. Angela has been suffering for years with a cough that has lingered and lingered, and began experiencing other symptoms on top of that in recent months that has left her unable to perform basic daily tasks. Since November, she’s been forced to step down from her roles and duties in her work field to focus on her health and well being.

Throughout the fall and winter of 2023/2024, Angela has been searching for answers and has undergone many tests…bloodwork, blood cultures, biopsy’s, CT scans and X-Rays to name a few. These tests as you may not know, aren’t always covered through health insurance and are a HUGE financial burden.

The goal of this GoFundMe is not only to raise money and awareness for Angela’s tragic cancer diagnosis and treatment, but also to help alleviate the months of past and present medical bills and housing fees that she’s not able to cover on her own as she fights this terrible disease.
