Hello everyone,

I am reaching out on behalf of a dear friend of ours, Angela Dahl. Her past few years have been challenging medically. She had major surgery on her right lung this December. However, she emerged weaker than expected and had a longer than anticipated hospitalization. Only several weeks after returning home she developed a life threatening infection in the surgical area. She was readmitted to the hospital late December and is now in rehabilitation facility.

Even with all this; the added hospitalization, the pain, and now the longer road to wellness, she is emerging again as the sweet, warm, funny, person we all adore. She has a group of women who rotate visiting her every day to keep her spirits up and motivated. You will not be surprised that her favorite visitors are Penny and Smokey, the dogs of her visiting friends!

She is very concerned about how much this is all going to cost. Additional days at the rehab facility, at home care, transportation and the many incidentals that insurance doesn't cover. The money raised here will be used for medical care, covering the costs of the extended stay in rehabilitation and to get for home care support while she heals. Angela has a long road ahead of her but as we all know she’s an amazing survivor. Thank you very much for any amount you can contribute.
