As a single mother of 2, I am currently trying to raise money to help fund a seizure assistance dog and to help with medical bills for my son who has epilepsy.
My son Diego, was diagnosed with generalized tonic clonic seizures and absence seizures on July 26,2020. These seizures affect the whole brain at once.
Since the beginning, my sons seizures have been more consistent and more aggressive.
Unfortunately, Diego is still very unaware of when his seizures could occur, I feel very helpless because I'm not always in his immediate area to help when his having a seizures.
This dog will give me an extra set of eyes and ears to watch out for him as well as give him back his sense of independence which is important for everyone, especially for Diego, knowing that he has an angel to alert him when he is going to have a seizure
The price for these trained and qualified alert service dogs are well beyond my budget, this is why I'm asking please for your support and generosity donations small or large are greatly appreciated and will go directly to Diego service dog and long term care.
