On Dec 3rd, I am taking part in Santa in the City, an inclusive, festive fun walk/run, to raise funds for Angel Shed Theatre.

Angel Shed is a brilliant and unmatched resource within the community at a time when arts provision and youth services are dangerously at risk. Their performing arts workshops support children to explore creativity in a safe space, so they can grow into curious, courageous young people.

Angel Shed’s work is fully inclusive, breaking down barriers that prevent children from accessing the performing arts. They also deliver extensive projects in Islington that support women and children escaping domestic violence and young people with severe, profound, and multiple learning disabilities.

£50 funds sensory resources to support autistic participants in an Angel Shed session.

£200 funds a full music workshop with disabled young people.
