On February 2nd, Angel Fernando Carmona passed away after a five-month-long fight with metastatic colorectal cancer. Beloved father of four, he leaves behind his wife, Alejandra, and kids Josié (27), Tonatiuh (19), Fernando (8) and Itzayana (6).

We are raising funds to help alleviate the strain of medical and memorial costs as well as providing additional financial support to the Carmona family as they abruptly adjust to a one-income household. We hope that these funds will give Alejandra time to grieve with her family. Thank you for any support you can give.

Angel loved his kids and his wife and always made time for his loved ones, even throughout his illness. He was a great cook and his children cherish their time spent cooking with him, watching movies together, going to soccer games and countless other moments. He fought a hard battle and fought until he no longer could.

Although I never got the chance to meet Angel, I know that in Josié he raised one of the kindest and most generous souls I have ever met. If you have the means, please consider donating to their family. All funds will go directly to Alejandra and Josié.
