Hi, my name is Karen Crosby and I'm fundraising for the Delgado Family.

Many of you know Angel or were blessed with his amazing cooking and presentation at various events over the past few years and to several of us, Angel was family. It saddens me to let you all know that Angel passed away last week. He was diagnosed with stomach cancer last year and fought it as long as he could.

Angel is survived by his wife and five children (two of the boys have been running the restaurant over the past year).

During Covid, Angel continued to pay full rent for the restaurant, in order to use the kitchen to prepare for his events. This took a large chunk of his savings and then, of course, the last year he wasn’t able to work at full capacity. Adding medical bills to the mix has depleted savings and taken a toll on the family.

The family hasn't set a date for a service yet as they are still gathering funds needed for the burial.
