Please join me in celebrating the life of our beautiful friend Ange. 21st September 2025 will mark 2 years since she lost her battle with cancer.

To honour Ange's anniversary I will be joining an aquathlon in Windsor on 7th September. I will first swim 750m in a lake, followed by popping my running shoes on and running a 5k distance. Wish me luck!

This is my first aquathlon and I can't think of a better person to dedicate it to.
