Back in October of 2018, my mama, Dawn, went to have a routine dental cleaning. Upon taking ex rays, the dentist discovered an infected, benign cyst roughly the size of a golf ball in her upper pallet. A surgery soon followed that required removal of the cyst and some bone. A metal implant was placed to help stabilize the now missing bone. Unfortunately, her body rejected the implant and it became infected again, resulting in another procedure to have it removed. The material used to replace the metal implant is now encased in yet another serious infection she has been battling for months. Having gone to multiple specialists to receive care, resources are stretched. In order to receive this, hopefully last, procedure, the anesthesiologist requires a large co-pay up front. Any assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you. ❤️
