Hello, My name is Autumn Dowd.

I am a Coach at Crossfit Lillington in Lillington, North Carolina.

One of our own Crossfit families needs our help. Coach Mary's son, only 1.5 years old has been diagnosed with a brain tumor and had surgery to remove a 5cm mass. He has a long road to recovery and is still managing some other problems that are occurring. They will be staying at Duke for the foreseeable future. We would love to help support them financially with simple things like food, travel, and medical expenses.
