Hello, my name is Andres Vela, I'm an art student from the San Gabriel Valley studying at CSULA, and Pasadena City College, my major is Studio Art with an option in Sculpture and I am also pursuing Art History and Museum Curating. I am raising money for a nine week study abroad program in Berlin, Germany at Humboldt University. I am also currently studying German Language and will continue to in the program along with German history, culture, and art. The money will be used towards the $9,995 program fee and the $2,260 flight package. The last day to pay for the program is April 1st 2018. This means alot to me because I love and adore classical and ancient european art. I want to teach the history and culture of art from the old country to younger generations so that they may understand the architecture, culture, and languages they see and hear around them everyday. I will be so thankful to all of you who support me in my journey to success as an artist and educator.
