Andy Rittenhouse

Over the weekend our dear friend Andy was in a motorcycle accident and has suffered a severe spinal injury that has left him paralyzed from the chest down.

He also has several other injuries that will affect his quality of life, including a shattered shoulder.

Andy is only at the beginning of his journey to recovery but there are many more surgery’s to come.

The doctors are not expressing hope that he will walk again, but we do know that there are tools available that they don't have access to in Canada & that there are many cases of people recovering from such an injury.

Stem cell therapy shows the most promise and has some pretty incredible case studies but it's not available in Canada and not covered by insurance.

It is also quite expensive.

The most experienced and trustworthy clinics are in Panama, and an early estimate is that the cost would be no less than 30,000 CAD and likely even more than that.

Not to mention hotels, food, etc.

We are hoping that the community can come together and help us reach our goal so that we can keep Andy going on the right path of healing and to give him the best quality of life possible.
