In Loving Memory of Andrzej Pokorski

Andrzej Pokorski, age 43, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, December 18, 2021. The family is devastated heartbroken by his sudden death. He is survived by his children, Hugo (9), Stella (7), Felix (4); his wife Marta; his father Marian; his sister Joanna and brother Julian; as well as his nieces and nephews and extended family and close friends.
Andrzej grew up in Gdansk, Poland where he developed a passion for computer science and technology. People were immediately drawn towards Andrzej given his witty sense of humor and warm easy-going personality. In his late teens, Andrzej moved to Toronto, Canada along with his high school sweetheart and life-long partner Marta. After 10+ unforgettable years exploring Canada, they subsequently moved back to London, England to be closer to family and their European roots. His life was fulfilled when he became a father of three amazing children. He was an incredibly loving father and loyal partner to his one and only Marta. He always put his family first and they were his whole universe.
If you were lucky enough to know Andrzej, you were better off. He always made everyone feel heard and supported, many would say – he was a best friend one could have. Andrzej was also an avid gamer, foodie, and explorer of micro-breweries. He loved fiercely and deeply, and we take comfort in knowing that Andrzej is now at peace with his beloved mother Barbara surrounded by light.
