I'm reaching out to share some sad news. My dad has been diagnosed with stage four cancer. As we all know, my dad is hard working, puts his own needs aside for others and has a great sense of humor. His approach in life is to make others laugh and face challenges with a positive attitude. He is starting this battle for his life with the same attributes. The past few weeks have been filled with medical appointments, procedures and anxiety as we learn more about his cancer diagnosis and treatment. My dad has a long and challenging road ahead as he battles this aggressive disease. The cost of cancer treatment is overwhelming.
