Andy Garcia family!

We are deeply saddened by the sudden death of our loved one, Andrew Timothy Garcia, Andy went out to eat at Smoky Mountain Pizza with two of his favorite people Monday evening February 13th, 2023. My mom, dad and brother all came home to start doing valentines cards for the next day. well at 8:50pm his heart stopped, my mom-initiated CPR, called 911, paramedics were here within 5 minutes, and he was admitted to the ICU Monday night. When he was admitted he had an MRI and an EKG that was all strong and "immaculate" -doctors words. During this time he is sedated, intubated and has yet to wake up. An EEG was done Tuesday to find out his brain activity. Wednesday morning at 11:00am our family found out that he had the most devastating case of brain injury the ICU has seen in a while. The next morning at 11:46am 2/16/23 they legally declared him brain dead. My dad checked in with his life insurance a month ago to make sure things were taken care of INCASE anything happened.. well he did not have burial insurance and as most of you know my dad was the Head of the household. Any donations will go to his funeral, burial costs and his celebration of life because anyone who knows my dad knows he'd want us partying.

He was loved by many, weather you were a co-worker, a neighbor, or a friend, Andy made you feel a part of his family. Anyone that met him was drawn to his laughter and happy disposition. We are truly grateful for the outpouring of love, support, and encouragement from family and friends. As many of you know Andy has left behind a loving wife and 3 beautiful children that could use our help during this sad and difficult time We thank you for your help in advance, and to everyone for all of the love and compassion you have shown his family. They are truly grateful.
