Andy was known to be funny, wise, and very caring. Andy loved, laughed, and cared with everyone he came in contact with as they did him. The Tapia family is grateful for all the condolences and well wishes during this hard time they are experiencing this holiday season. All proceeds will go toward the family to help ease the financial burden they are facing during this time from the loss of their son, brother, and friend. Andy will truly be missed by everyone that he was touched with his charismatic personality and may he rest in peace.
