Dear family and friends

It is with great grief & sorrow that I am writing to you to inform you of the loss of our beloved father Andrzej Jakubowicz who passed 12/18/21 at 2:52am . He was a good man loved by many. He was always the life of the party. Always smiling , always joking. He died so unexpectedly, my family and I thought we had so much more time with him. We have been flooded with calls and messages from so many. The overwhelming support is heart warming, and really helping us get through these tough times. His unexpected death shocked and hit the hearts of many and lots have reached out wanting to help with his funeral costs. Although we know it’s the holiday season and we all have expenses, whoever would like to donate can do so here. The mass and viewing will be here in Brooklyn , New York so everyone who knew him can come say goodbye, however my fathers wishes were to be buried in his birth place Poland where majority of his family lives. He is survived by his wife and kids Jola, Malgosia, Krzysztof, Karolina. All funds will go towards burial expenses here and in Poland.
