Hi, my name is Mira and i’m creating this gofundme page on behalf of my 39 year old brother Andrew, who has just this week been diagnosed with Bowel Cancer. This diagnosis has come as a devastating shock to Andrew and our extended family and so we’re hoping to raise some funds to support him over the next few months, navigate the stresses of this journey and the many financial burdens that will come along with it. He’s an incredibly independent person with the biggest heart, always ready to give and support others - rarely asking for support himself. So we’ve taken the initiative to set this up for him to give back to him the good he puts out into the world.

Andrew is a small business owner and a single father, so any funds raised will be going towards his medical expenses, upcoming treatments, living expenses and contracting labourers to step in and help keep his business running so that he can take as much time away from work to focus on his health, rest and recovery during this time.

Any and all donations are helpful no matter how small and we thank you in advance for any support you can provide. He’s an incredibly resilient young man and we have faith that he will come out of this a survivor and so we appreciate your help in making this process less of a financial burden on him.
