Dear all,

Thank you to those who have already contributed we deeply appreciate your generosity.

Unfortunately our financial struggle goes beyond the immediate funeral expenses due to the reality that Andrew was the primary income-earner of our family. Currently, I am working two jobs to support my family while two of my children are studying at university.

A few months ago, the roof of our rental property had collapsed, making it uninhabitable, therefore resulting in a loss of rental income to pay our mortgage. In addition to this, my mum suffered a stroke two weeks after Andrew’s passing, where she will need ongoing financial support for rehabilitation and nursing home care. This is on top of providing financial assistance to Andrew’s retired parents for their living expenses.

Dear Friends,

It is with heavy hearts that we share the news of our dear friend and brother in Christ, Andrew Chia, who went home to be with the Lord on September 28, 2025. Andrew was a loving husband, a devoted father, a wonderful church leader, and a great friend to many in Australia, Malaysia, Singapore, and around the world. We will deeply miss his warm smile, cheerful disposition, caring heart, and generous spirit.

Let us continue to uphold Ee Ching, Daniel, Shanelle, and Isabelle in prayer, asking for supernatural strength and the comfort of the Holy Spirit. May our Sovereign God surround them with His immense love and shalom peace during this difficult time.

We have set up this page to provide financial support to the family for emergency evacuation and funeral expenses, and to bless them with whatever they need.
