The Brief What Happened:
I was in my car on March 17th, 2020 when I was hit in a hit and run accident by a driver in a Chevy Truck, while in Baltimore Maryland at the Intersection of Argonne drive and Hillen Road.
While making a left hand turn on a GREEN arrow light. The Driver of the Chevy truck continued straight through a solid red light (already red more than 15 seconds) at about 55MPH in a 40MPH zone.
When I came into the intersection where I had the right of way, my car was struck violently by a Chevy Truck in the back drivers side panel of my car, resulting in spinning out in the intersection near oncoming traffic, narrowly missing almost certain death by a few feet. The driver of the Chevy Truck then continued speeding away at 60 MPH after hitting my car.
As a result of this accident of I have sustained several physical injuries for which I am receiving treatment for. Additionally, my car insurance adjuster determined that my car is totalled, which means I am out of car for the forseeable future.
I am trying to find out about the driver through different contacts, including a private law-firm that took on my case, the Baltimore Police Departments and Morgan State University Police Departments, but have thus far have had no luck.
I am working daily on exploring all these angles of finding the driver that hit me and holding them to account in some way, but that is indeed a long and arduous process that will take time. During this time, I am still without a car and will need one for work.
I will provide updates here as to the status of finding the driver responsible and who should be held legally and criminally accountable.

Why I am raising funds:
-Without finding the hit and run driver who was fully and legally responsible for hitting my car, my insurance company Bristol West Insurance will only pay me $3807.66 for the value of what they believe the car worth.
- The problem is that the amount the car insurance is paying for the car as a result of the accident will not cover the rest of the cost of what I owe on my car loan, which is a total of $7,351.65
- I have come a long way in steadily paying this car loan off off from when it was over $20,000 a few short years ago. I just need some help now so I can afford to buy a new car, on a new car loan while moving from the economic catastrophe, emotional fall out, and physical injury and duress this accident has unfortunately thrusted with force upon my life.
- Through this GoFundMe, I would like to raise $3200 to help offset what is owed from my car loan.
I Am VERY Grateful for my life and I hope I can begin a new chapter
- I am certainly thankful everyday that I am still here and this could have been much worse, but I am at a loss of where to go from here without the help from my friends and family.
- Any contribution is greatly appreciated, and I will be providing updates here often. Thanks again in advance for your support!
