Andrew Webber

Donation protected
Andrew Webber was a warrior, who gave his life on 29 July 2023 in support of Ukraine's independence as a volunteer in Ukraine's 59th Motorized Brigade. He was a father to two beautiful young girls, Gwen and Vera, and husband to DeeDee. A trusted friend to many, who continued to build relationships through the years and across distance. He graduated from the United States Military Academy ('05) and Northwestern Law. He was a veteran education mentor, a relentless patriot and a defender of freedom who valued justice and liberty for others just as much as his own life. He was passionate about domestic urban trauma care and had submitted a patent for low-cost trauma kits. He went to Ukraine with the intent of providing some combat trauma training. Andrew will be forever missed.

Please feel free to donate here in support of his family as they navigate these challenging times.
These funds will not be used to support the Ukrainian conflict directly, and are intended for personal use by his wife and daughters at home in Seattle or wherever they go for the support they need.

We've decided to raise the goal to $500,000, which is the amount that the US Army's SGLI (Servicemember's Group Life Insurance) is set at and is intended to help support the family's transition to their life without their servicemember's income. While Andrew was not serving in the US military while he passed, he was serving others and this seems like an appropriate goal for their transition.
