Andrew Salvage has been in a bad car accident in Nicaragua with a cement truck. He's had to have a surgery to staunch internal bleeding and to close his intestines and needs to be moved to a private hospital in Managua as soon as possible. He does not know what the risk of infection is, but a travel care MD to whom he is related has suggested a specific hospital in Managua for further care.
