As many of you know, earlier this year Andrew Walters - our rockstar technician in Findlay, OH for the last 8 years - was diagnosed with Stage 4 cancer. Andrew has been working closely together these last few months with imageOne planning for an eventual transition out of his role when ready, so that he could focus fully on his family and health. That transition was something we both hoped would be far down the line. It is with a heavy heart that I am sharing that his health has taken a sudden turn for the worse and he will be unable to continue working. Our focus now is fully supporting Andrew and his family during this time.

We ask you to send your love and support to Andrew and his family during this difficult time. While his transition has accelerated due to this recent news, he is still very much a part of our team and we want to continue to do our best to support him and his family.
