In Loving Memory of Andrew
Andy passed away suddenly at just 45, leaving behind so many people who loved him dearly. He was warm hearted, kind, and full of life.
Music — especially metal — was a huge part of who Andy was. He didn’t just listen to it; he lived it. It brought him joy, energy, and connection. At the same time, those who knew him well also knew his softer side — particularly when it came to his beloved cats, who meant the world to him.
To honour Andy’s memory, we are raising funds for two causes close to his heart. Donations will be shared between Metal For Good , which uses the power of rock and metal to make a positive impact, and Yorkshire Cat Rescue helping care for and rehome cats in need.
If you’d like to remember Andy and celebrate the things he loved most, we would be so grateful for your support.
Thank you for helping us honour his life.
More about Metal For Good
Metal For Good is a UK-based charity that believes rock and metal music are more than just genres — they’re powerful forces for connection, belonging and positive change. Funded by fans and volunteers, the charity provides grants to community organisations that use music and the values of the rock and metal world to make a real difference in people’s lives. Its work supports initiatives that improve mental health, give young people new opportunities and help underrepresented voices to be heard, all through the transformational power of music.
