Hello, I am Tara Lindhardt, mother of Andrew Lindhardt.

Andrew's life was tragically cut short because of a combination of medical errors and negligence or ignorance embedded in the present medical system.

With your help the Andrew Lindhardt Memorial Foundation will be created to engage with and challenge the current Medical delivery system(s) to become

better in the care of the Medically Complex who may also be technology dependent and who are surviving longer and longer into adulthood and old age.

The aim and central focus of the Foundation will be to radically improve quality of care and create best practice care coordination so no person who is medically complex will ever have to experience increased disability or a tragic death due to systemic deficiencies.

The start up fee to get 501(c) (3) status to create the Andrew Lindhardt Foundation is $3300.
