My heart is broken and I am having a very difficult time moving past the sadness that I have in my heart and soul. As many of you know we all lost a very special young man over the weekend in a horrific accident. Andrew LaFleur was taken from all of us much too soon and no one should have to experience this type of loss especially a loving mother, sisters, and brothers. Everyone that was privileged enough to have met Andrew clearly understands what I am talking about. The world has lost one of the kindest hearts I have had the pleasure of calling family. Although Andrew was not a direct family member he was family at heart. My son and Andrew have been friends for many years and they were like brothers. When Andrew would walk through the door a huge hug would follow. His hugs were full of love and joy. Later, when he became a High School English teacher, even his students loved and adored him.
We all have a void in our lives with this loss but I can not imagine what his mom, Anne, and siblings are going through. For that reason, I have decided to start this Go Fund Me link so that they do not have to worry about the financial burden that losing a loved one brings. All this family should have to focus on is the loving memories of this wonderful man that was taken from us much too soon. They need time to reflect and heal. If you had the pleasure of knowing Andrew and the loving, outgoing, funny, sensitive, and charismatic person he was, please find it in your heart to help. There is no such thing as a small donation because every little bit helps. Thank you for taking the time to read and I pray that you find it in your heart to help. God bless you.
