My nephew, is a sergeant in the US Army. He has deployed to the Middle East two times. Each time he left his family here for the rest of us to care for them. Today he remains committed to his profession even though he may be re-deployed a third time by the end of this year. Each time he goes, a wife, four young daughters and two young sons wait for Dad to come home. 

This is my kind of hero. He doesn't complain, he takes his orders and he shoulders it. A real trooper and a father too. Too modest to ask for help himself, I have taken it on to do it for him.

He needs help because we don't have to sleep a single night in a ditch dodging enemy fire. We're safe home, like his wife and children but who are fending off the bad actions of a lousy landlord. He is fraudulently suing him using Texas Eviction Laws. The landlord (who himself has been charged with drug use) re-reads their lease agreement to bogusly find $34,000 in back rent. This inclusion is made by minor late payments and compounding interest on the lease agreement. Suspiciously so those who don't sleuth for the truth can't believe it. Even so, they have lived in this adobe for 14 months. Now they are being forced out. The owner is using his savvy of the Texas Courts to help fatten his criminal defense purse, the landlord hoping to scare them into paying what they do not owe. And for his family, Trooper Andrew fights here too.

So we're asking you to help him before he becomes another homeless veteran. Help him make expenses for the move and legal fees. Help fight the good fight right here in our own backyard. Help to meet the expense of moving the whole kit and caboodle and still remain prepared to go fight a war—our war.
