Hi my name is Tracy and I’m fundraising in memory of my beloved brother Andrew who passed away suddenly on the 25/03/2023 aged 56 years young .Andrew was born into a loving family and when he were a few years old his late parents Irene & Jack noticed Andrew wasn’t developing like his other siblings .Back in the day the late “60”s technology and medical research wasn’t advanced as it is today and Andrew suffered brain damage due to his skull closing to quickly after birth causing brain damage . Throughout his life he has learnt to walk and do other activities but on a slower pace but he never complained. He went to a day centre with other disabled students in which he loved and made life long friends . Andrew was a charmer who ever he spoke to or met he would leave a big heart on that person . He was a member of mencap for many years who he went weekly to their youth club with his other disabled brother .I’m asking for a donation to get a granite bench to place in the cemetery and a plaque as Andrew loved sitting in the cemetery especially visiting his late parents and his late sister . Everyone in our home town of Eccles knew Andrew and are shocked of his sudden death .I am still unable to process this tragedy as I was caring for Andrew whilst he was in the hospital very poorly with my nephew ..to get Andrew a bench where he loved to visit would make his memory live on and I think with the character Andrew was he would like that .. so if you have any small change whatsoever I’m asking for a small donation so Andrew will live on in our hearts and home town of Eccles .. Thank you
