My name is Linda I am setting up this go fund me for my sister Andrea, who is 46 years old and who was diagnosed with the early stages of Ms disease in 2025, I am trying to raise money for Andrea to get stem cell treatment in Switzerland. To prevent this disease from progression. The deposit is due to be payed for the 2nd of April 2026 so we are against time. We lost our father in 2022 due to a neurological disease. Andrea is a mother of 4 boys and one of Andrea’s son’s has a very serious neurological condition who depends on her day to day, she is also a grandmother to her 2 granddaughters who all absolutely adore her. This disease affects Andreas daily living activities. The effects of multiple sclerosis, are muscle spasms, cognitive changes, mobility issues, dizziness, and fatigue. Andrea is a very outgoing person and someone who lives life to the fullest she is a very considerate kind person and would go to the ends of the earth to help anyone. She is also warm hearted and very cheerful. Andrea loves to drive, go for walks, and socialise with new people this disease has started to affect all aspects of Andreas day to day living. We are also partaking in the May 50k to help fundraising towards multiple sclerosis. The total cost of this treatment originally was more than 25,000 euro but Andrea was given a discount and the current total of this treatment is 25,000 euro, If we are lucky enough to make over our goal we would like to donate the rest to Ms Ireland. Update on Andreas MS Journey:

We were very lucky to have secured the deposit for the treatment. Andrea is going for the treatment in August, she was hoping to go sooner but due to medication she has received, she is unable to have the stem cell treatment until August, as the doctor advised Andrea to wait 6 months.

It is fantastic that we have raised enough to pay the deposit but unfortunately we still have 23,000 left to raise.
