Andrea Rios Cancer Battle

In December of 2022, Andrea was diagnosed with Colon Cancer that was later confirmed to be stage IV and had spread to the liver. Since this diagnosis, Andrea has kept a smile on her face and was ready to battle this with all she has. To date, our insurance has covered 150,568.00 and we have incurred out-of-pocket costs pushing the 10k mark. Due to her diagnosis and the bi-weekly chemotherapy sessions she has been unable to work. Our family has done everything possible to manage these expenses along with the ever-rising cost of living on one income. We have now received great and positive news from her Oncology doctors and her surgeons that the chemo has shrunk cancer down to a size that allows us to move forward with life-saving surgery. We are now reaching out to friends, family and our community to help us and our family with support. This does not come easy for either one of us but this is a fight that is best fought with support from those in our lives and we appreciate anything that we can receive even if it is just prayers.
