My name is Andrea and I need a miracle. On October 5th of 2023, I was struck by a deer on my way to work. This caused me to lose control of the motorcycle I was on. I left the road and ended up hitting a large tree. I sustained two broken legs in the accident. My left foot was ripped off, only dangling by the skin. My left tibia was also shattered halfway up to my knee. I’ve undergone two surgeries to date and now I am in need of another.

Since the accident, I have overcome a bone infection and a rough healing process. I’ve lost a job I loved because I’m physically no longer able. My ability to walk has started to deteriorate due to very severe post-traumatic arthritis. I need to have a bone fusion to restore my ability to walk and go back to work. I’ve tried every outlet of financial medical help and have been denied medical assistance. To have my surgery, I have to pay half the cost upfront and this is where I’m praying for a miracle.

I can’t afford to put this surgery off much longer as my condition will just continue to deteriorate and the fusion won’t be an option. I also just can’t financially afford to be without work any longer. I’m watching everything I’ve worked hard for be taken from me due to my health. I’ve sold everything off I could to keep my only vehicle. If you can find it in your heart to help in any way, I would be very thankful and grateful for your support.
