Andrea & Nigel's Everest Trek

Hi all,

As some of you are aware, both my mum, Andrea and her partner, Nigel are setting off on their travels this morning for the huge challenge of trekking up to Everest basecamp.

I had suggested to my mum to use this amazing opportunity to raise money for charity but she was concerned that she wouldn't get any sponsors.

I am hoping that by the time they start their journey back home, we could have raised some money in recognition of their amazing achievement.

I have chosen to support Dementia UK and I'm sure my mum and Nige would be in total agreement.

I will try and keep this under wraps until their arrival back home.
