“Andrea Needs Us — Medical Crisis and Family Support Fund”
Donation protected
My Sister Andrea has spent years as the warm, welcoming face greeting guests at Casa Las Palmas, where she’s known for her kindness and genuine care for everyone who walks through the door. But today, instead of welcoming others, she’s the one who needs our support.
Recently, Andrea was admitted to the hospital with serious and unexplained issues affecting her blood levels. The doctors are still working to find answers, and as of now, there is no diagnosis or timeline for when she’ll be able to return home. The uncertainty has been overwhelming for Andrea, her husband Kevin, and their two children.
Andrea’s absence has left a deep emotional gap at home, and financially, the family is facing growing challenges. Without her income and without medical insurance, Kevin is doing his best to manage all of the household responsibilities — caring for the children, paying the bills, and keeping things afloat — but it’s a heavy burden to carry alone.
This fundraiser is to help ease that burden so Andrea can focus fully on her recovery without worrying about how her family will manage day-to-day expenses. Donations will go toward essentials like rent, transportation, groceries, utilities, and medical-related costs that arise during this time.
Andrea is the kind of person who shows up for others without hesitation. Whether it’s for her family, friends, coworkers, or the patrons she greets at work, she has a gift for making people feel valued and cared for. Now it’s our turn to show her and her family that same care.
We know times are tough for many, but every bit of help — no matter the size — will make a difference. Your donation is more than financial support; it’s a message to Andrea that she is not facing this alone, that people care about her and want to help her through this.
If you’re not able to give, sharing Andrea’s story is another powerful way to help. Every share spreads the word and reaches more people who might be able to contribute or offer encouragement.
The coming weeks are uncertain, but one thing is clear: with the support of her community, Andrea and her family won’t have to walk this road alone.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for reading Andrea’s story, for your prayers, and for any way you can support. Whether it’s a donation, a share, or a simple message of hope, it matters more than you know.
Let’s come together to help Andrea focus on what’s most important — healing — while giving Kevin and the kids the security and stability they need during this difficult time. Together, we can surround this family with love, hope, and the strength to move forward.
