Andrea Fall Cuin's Colorectal Cancer Battle

My name is Andrea Cuin. I am 39 years old and I am currently battling Stage 4 Colorectal Cancer. I am a mother to two young men and step-mom of one. Nolan is 17, Carter is 14, and Tyne is 11. I am married to my best friend, Mathew Cuin. We live in the Bridger Valley of South West Wyoming.

This fundraiser has been set up by myself, Andrea Fall-Cuin and my family, as a way for our friends, family members that don't live close by and anyone else that may want to help us during this time.

My battle with rectal cancer began almost exactly a year ago. I had a colonoscopy during which a large polyp was found. At that time, it was early stage colorectal cancer. In January 2022 I underwent successful surgery to remove the polyp.

At the beginning of August 2022, I felt a mass in my abdomen. It had never been there before. Over the next few weeks, I noticed the mass had not gone away, but in-fact had grown. On August 30th, after consulting with my surgeon and undergoing several tests and scans; I received a call from him telling me that I had several tumors in my liver and lesions in both of my lungs. The cancer had spread.

I started my first round of chemotherapy on September 20th, with each infusion repeating every 21 days. My chemotherapy treatment is expected to continue into the new year, for up to 12 rounds.

Any and all funds that have been graciously donated will be entirely used for current and future medical costs, and our frequent travel to and from medical appointments.
