Andrea was 31 years old when she was diagnosed with stage 4 colorectal cancer in April 2024. Over the next two years, she endured a colon resection surgery, three lines of chemotherapy, and a clinical trial. Andrea fought every single day with a smile on her face. People would often ask her family and friends how she was doing and it was always difficult to answer because even when chemo gave her the worst of days, she was still laughing and living life to the fullest.

Andrea was the most welcoming soul. She loved bringing people together and always made sure everyone felt included. She loved reading, animals, and games, and she loved winning them even more. Andrea was incredibly talented and creative and she was never afraid to try something new or chase something that called to her. Her entrepreneurship inspired everyone around her to chase their dreams.

The financial weight of the past two years has been immense. Medical bills, hospital parking, medications, supplements, lost income. It all added up in ways that were impossible to prepare for, and her family carried it all with love and without hesitation. This GoFundMe has been created to cover the cost of Andrea's cremation and Celebration of Life, just as she wanted. Any funds raised beyond that will go directly to her mom, dad, older brother Jaime, and fiancé Jorge to help them through this painful transition.

Andrea passed away on April 24th, surrounded by her family and the people she loved most.
