Friends, Andrea was a student of mine and is such a hard-working and dedicated young person. Even in the midst of her own health issues, she has always tried to find ways to look after her family. This week she received some hard news. I asked her to share a little below, which you can read. They are in need of prayers and support. Hi, my name is Andrea Aguilar, senior marketing major at CUA. We were left in shock with the news of the passing of my aunt who worked in hospitality to support her two children alongside her husband, who she now leaves behind. Carmen was an active member of her church in Brandywine, MD Prince George County and we are hoping to also connect with them to reach our goal to cover funeral expenses with a prayer night to follow in a close family setting and some snacks provided. In the midst of this, my mother, older sister of Carmen lost her job and now is actively looking for a chef position with medical care packages to support my brother's diabetic condition.
