Five months ago, our friend Andre Pope was diagnosed with Stage 4 Esophageal Cancer. For those of you who don't know Andre, he is a devoted husband, father, teacher, and friend to so many. Everything Andre does is done with a die hard passion. Whether it's tearing up mountain bike trails, running a business, teaching his students, cooking for friends and family...you name it, Andre gives it his ALL. Blood, sweat and tears.
And this battle with cancer has been no different. He's endured weeks of chemo, countless setbacks and seemingly endless stays in the hospital. But through it all, he has maintained his PMA! That's positive mental attitude, for those of you unfamiliar.
He has given so much to all of us and it's time we give back to him. It's not easy for Andre to ask for help, that's why we're doing it for him.
