I'm Bec Croad (McGrath), and I'm reaching out to you on behalf of my dear friend Andie Murphy, who has recently received the devastating diagnosis of stage 4 ovarian cancer. This news came to light during a hospital visit to treat a collapsed lung, which we later learned is a common symptom of this type of cancer. Andie is facing this battle alone as she lives on her own. As she navigates through her illness and its progression, Andie and Jordy (Andie’s 25 year old son) need our help more than ever.

My goal is to rally support for Andie so she can continue her journey in the safety and comfort of her own home. With the financial strain of being unable to work, cost of tests, treatments and medications Andie's home is at risk, and the thought of her facing homelessness during this challenging time is heart-wrenching.
